Malu and her husband were very sweet, I had an amazing stay. I decided to stay one extra day as well because I liked it soo much. Yes there was Renovation going on but it did not disturb me at all. The stay was quiet and no loud neighbors, very respectful. Plenty of parking, no issues never having a spot. Super close to the San clemente Beach, the outlets and places to dine and eat just a walk awa. Safe neighborhood to walk around never felt afraid. I will definitely becoming back again and staying here. Thank you for a great stay!!

They say "First impressions are the most important", well, our first impression/contact was the reception desk, and we were made to feel welcome and appreciated as guests of your property. Upon check in, recommendations were made for local dining, night life and the availability of local transportation. We were treated like family.

I spent one night here. The next day after checking out I noticed I had forgotten two pairs of new shoes in their boxes. The Indian man in the reception took care of those until a came back to pick them up. He was also very courteous from the time I checked in. Excellent experience overall, especially for the attention.

I like to housekeeping service for my room each of two days and the stuff was very nice, friendly to me since I stayed there. The location of hotel is really good and there are some nice spot close to hotel for bunch, lunch .
